CQB or Close Quarters Battle is a type of airsoft. This indoor variation creates a maze like urban environment that takes you into its corridors, rooms, and labyrinth.
Unlike outdoor airsoft you don't get the wide open space for sniping, sitting back and defending, and so combat speeds up. Although not as fast paced as the arena variation, where an open area is surrounded by several rooms or podiums. Arena is built for the fastest rate of fire. CQB offers scenarios perfect for team work and tactics.
When teams work well they can dominate the combat zone by using urban team tactics and covering each other as they move forward. There are various game types within CQB that are usually played throughout a 15 - 30 minute time frame. It might sound like a short time, but time moves slowly when the combat is intense.
Games types can range from a simple capture the flag to a rainbow six style bomb disposal. We have a growing selection of games available and we are always looking for more. For our Elite Members you can access our Members only page and submit your own game ideas too.
So what is CQB?
CQB is a balance of tactics and intense, exciting combat that challenges you to move forward, work as a team, and be brave. If you sit back your team might struggle, if you're timid they might seem like they are one man down. So step up, take on the challenge and destroy the competition.
Weekend news
This weekend we had two more Battle Royale winners. Congratulations to hard fought victories by Peter Burke and Kyle Moorhouse.
We had some more new faces come along and join our growing player base of airsoft enthusiasts (Who's the mystery chap in the window though in the group photo?). So to all those who joined us this weekend, we hope you had a great time and look forward to seeing you again soon.

What's on this week?
We have 3 hour airsoft sessions starting tomorrow at the new time of 6.30pm to help those coming straight from work. Also we have airsoft sessions 6.30pm - 9pm on Wednesday & Thursday.
Our entry price is still at a ridiculous £10 / 3 hour session until May 6th, so take advantage of it before the prices go up (or sign up as an Elite Member to keep paying the price we are offering now).

March 16th Pistol Night & Nerf Gun Soft opening
With our big weekend just around the corner, don't forget that only online bookings are accepted and we have limited spaces available. There are 20 places available per session, and we only have one 3 hour session available for pistol night and two 1 hours sessions available for the Nerf Gun soft opening.

Private Parties / Bookings
We are also now getting growing interest in our private hire for airsoft and Nerf Gun parties and groups. If you have a group of players who want the combat arena to themselves, or have a birthday party, fathers day, or anniversary to celebrate, airsoft is a great way to do it. We will not take online bookings or walk-ons for your session/s, you get to pick your teams, you choose the games, and (within reason) we marshal the way you want us to.
You can book the following 3 hour airsoft sessions, or multiple sessions if you want to make a day of it. This is subject to availability and whether we already have individual or private hire bookings for that session.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 6.30pm - 9.30pm
Saturdays & Sundays 10am - 1pm, 2pm - 5pm, 6pm - 9pm.
For Nerf Gun Parties we offer 1 hour sessions (you can hire between 1 - 3 hours at at a time). Availability will be dependent on other sessions around your desired time and available session slots.
With both airsoft and Nerf Gun private parties / hire we may be able to offer different time slots or days by agreement.
